2018–19 Momentum One Day Cup
The 2018–19 Momentum One Day Cup was a domestic one-day cricket championship that took place in South Africa. It was the 38th edition of the championship, with the tournament running from 8 February to 31 March 2019. Dolphins and Warriors were the defending champions, as the final of the previous competition was washed out, and the trophy shared between the two teams. Cricket South Africa announced that the semi-finals and final of the competition would take place after the limited overs fixtures against Sri Lanka in March 2019, to help prepare the national side for the 2019 Cricket World Cup. Following the conclusion of the group stage fixtures, Titans, Dolphins, Warriors and the Cape Cobras had all progressed to the semi-finals. Cricket South Africa
Cricket South Africa (CSA) is the governing body for both professional and amateur cricket in South Africa. In 1991, the separate South African Cricket Union and the South African Cricket Board merged to form the United Cricket Board of South Africa (UCB), ending enforced racial separation governance in South African cricket. DP World Lions is a professional cricket team in Johannesburg, Gauteng. The home venue is the DP World Wanderers Stadium. Wiaan Mulder
Pieter Willem Adriaan Mulder (born 19 February 1998), known as Wiaan Mulder, is a South African first-class cricketer. He made his One Day International (ODI) debut for South Africa in October 2017 and his Test debut in March 2019. In domestic cricket, Mulder plays for Imperial Lions (formerly Highveld Lions) and Gauteng. He was born in Johannesburg and educated at St Stithians College. He played age-group cricket for Gauteng from under-13 level onwards. Vaughn Van Jaarsveld
Vaughn Bernard van Jaarsveld (born 2 February 1985) is a South African cricketer who plays for the Dolphins as a left-handed batsman and occasional wicket-keeper. He has represented his country at under-nineteen level. In 2007, he signed a three-year deal with Warwickshire after having trials with its seconds and playing in The Birmingham and District Premier League for Moseley. Somerset also showed interest in him. The Warwickshire deal went sour when he returned to South Africa in 2008, violating his contract. Dolphins (cricket Team)
The Hollywoodbets Dolphins are a cricket team representing the KwaZulu-Natal (Coastal) province in South Africa. They take part in the CSA 4-Day Series first-class competition, the Momentum One-Day Cup and the Mzansi Super League T20 competition. The team's home venues are Kingsmead Cricket Ground, Durban and the Pietermaritzburg Oval in Pietermaritzburg. Brad White (born 15 May 1970) is a South African cricket umpire and former first-class cricketer. He has umpired in matches in the 2015–16 Ram Slam T20 Challenge. Allahudien Paleker (born 1 January 1978) is a South African cricket umpire and former cricketer of Maharashtrian descent with roots tracing back to Ratnagiri district in Maharashtra, India. As an umpire, he has stood in matches in the 2015–16 Ram Slam T20 Challenge. He is part of Cricket South Africa's umpire panel for first-class matches. Boland Park is a multi-purpose stadium in Paarl, South Africa. It is currently used mostly for cricket matches and hosted three matches during the 2003 Cricket World Cup.
