The 2018–19 Bonaire League, or known locally as the 2018–19 Kampionato, was the 49th season of the Bonaire League, the top division football competition in Bonaire. The season began on 2 November 2018 and ended on 17 May 2019. Divishon Honor – Bonaire or known as Kampionato (literally ''[the football] championship '') is the top association football league in Bonaire, a special municipality of the Netherlands in the Caribbean. The top two teams in this competition competed in the Netherlands Antilles Championship until the dissolution of the Netherlands Antilles in 2010. 2020 Caribbean Club Shield
The 2020 Caribbean Club Shield was originally to be the third edition of the Caribbean Club Shield (also known as the CFU Club Shield), the second-tier annual international club football competition in the Caribbean region, held amongst clubs whose football associations are affiliated with the Caribbean Football Union (CFU), a sub-confederation of CONCACAF. The tournament was originally scheduled to be played in Curaçao between 3–12 April 2020. On 13 March 2020, CONCACAF suspended all upcoming competitions scheduled to take place over the next 30 days due to the COVID-19 pandemic, with the new dates of the tournament to be confirmed later. On 7 August 2020, they provided an update on the tournament, where they would make a final decision by the end of August to determine if it could be played in mid-September. 2019–20 Bonaire League
The 2019–20 Bonaire League, or known locally as the 2019–20 Kampionato, is the 50th season of the Bonaire League, the top division association football, football competition in Bonaire. The season began on 25 October 2019 and was postponed after the 11th round of matches due to the COVID-19 pandemic in Bonaire, COVID-19 pandemic. The winner of the league will automatically qualify for the 2021 Caribbean Club Shield. Bonaire
Bonaire (; , ; pap, Boneiru, , almost pronounced ) is a Dutch island in the Leeward Antilles in the Caribbean Sea. Its capital is the port of Kralendijk, on the west ( leeward) coast of the island.
