Television In Spain
Television in Spain was introduced in 1956, when the national state-owned public service television broadcaster Televisión Española (TVE) started regular analog free-to-air terrestrial black and white broadcasts. Colour transmissions started in 1972 after two years of test transmissions, with all programming transmitted in color in 1977, and colour commercials starting in 1978. TVE held a monopoly on television broadcasting until regional public channels were launched during the 1980s and commercial television started nationwide in 1990. Digital terrestrial television was launched on 30 November 2005 with analog service discontinued on 3 April 2010. Currently, television is one of the leading mass media of the country, and by 2008 was in 99.7% of households in Spain according to INE statistics. Alberto Ammann Rey (born 1978) is an Argentine actor. Fariña (TV Series)
''Cocaine Coast'' ( gl, Fariña, lit=Flour) is a Spanish crime drama television series created by Bambú Producciones for Atresmedia. The series is based on Nacho Carretero's nonfiction book ''Fariña'' (Flour, slang for cocaine in Galician). It premiered on Antena 3 on 28 February 2018. The series stars Javier Rey as Sito Miñanco, an infamous Galician drug trafficker. On 3 August 2018, the series premiered internationally on Netflix as ''Cocaine Coast''. Premise Sito Miñanco, a fisherman who is skilled in speedboat handling, starts to work in a tobacco smuggling ring led by Vicente Otero Pérez "Terito", the head of the Galician clans of the Ría de Arousa. Miñanco then starts his own ring alongside two friends. The different clans consider starting to traffic hashish, but Terito is against smuggling illegal drugs. Berto Romero
Alberto Romero Tomás (born 17 November 1974), better known as Berto Romero, is a Spanish comedian. Biography Berto Romero was born in Cardona (Catalonia, Spain). He is a member of theatre company ''El Cansancio'', a broadcaster on Ràdio Flaixbac and he has his own segment on Andreu Buenafuente's ''late motiv'' on Movistar plus. He substituted Buenafuente as host of the show during Summer 2008 (the show was re-titled ''Buenafuente ha salido un momento''), and resigned for the next season as assistant director of the programme. Later he got the chance to run his own weekly prime-time weekly (''El programa de Berto'') on the same channel, but the programme was cancelled after three weeks due to poor rating results. Cristina Castaño Gómez (born 30 October 1978) is a Spanish actress best known for her role as Judith Becker in hit series La que se avecina. Biography Castaño was born on 30 October 1978 in Vilalba (Lugo). She made a name for herself in Galicia thanks to her role as Paula Barreiro in the Televisión de Galicia series ''Pratos combinados''.
