2018 Turkish Basketball Cup
The 2018 Turkish Basketball Cup ( tr, Basketbol Erkekler Türkiye Kupası 2018) was the 33rd edition of the national cup competition for men's basketball teams in Turkey. The tournament was held from 14–18 February 2018 at the Sinan Erdem Dome in Istanbul, Turkey. Anadolu Efes won their 11th title. Qualified teams After the first half of the 2017–18 Basketbol Süper Ligi the top eight teams qualified for the tournament. The four highest placed teams played the lowest seeded teams in the quarter-finals. The 2017 Turkish Basketball Presidential Cup ( tr, 2017 Erkekler Basketbol Cumhurbaşkanlığı Kupası ) was the 33rd edition of the Turkish Basketball Presidential Cup. The game was played between Fenerbahçe Doğuş, champions of the 2016–17 Basketbol Süper Ligi, and Banvit, the winners of the 2017 Turkish Cup. Banvit made its second appearance, while Fenerbahçe played in its 14th President's Cup and won its 7th title. The 2016–17 Basketbol Süper Ligi (BSL) was the 51st season of the top-tier professional basketball league in Turkey. The season started on October 8, 2016.
