The 2018 Sydney SuperNight 300 (formally known as 2018 Red Rooster Sydney SuperNight 300) was a auto racing, motor racing event for the Supercars Championship, held on the weekend of 3–4 August 2018. The event was held at Sydney Motorsport Park in Eastern Creek, New South Wales, Eastern Creek, New South Wales and consisted of one race, 300 kilometres in length. It was the tenth event of sixteen in the 2018 Supercars Championship and hosted Race 21 of the season. Garry Rogers Motorsport is an Australian motor racing team. It is owned by retired racing driver Garry Rogers who began the team to further his own racing efforts. Based in Melbourne, originally out of a Nissan dealership owned by Rogers, the team has competed in a variety of touring car series in Australia ranging from relatively modest Nissan production cars to Chevrolet NASCARs to building the GT specification Holden Monaro 427C. Tim Slade (born 3 August 1985) is an Australian racing driver who competes in the Repco Supercars Championship. Slade currently drives the No. 3 Ford Mustang GT for Blanchard Racing Team. Early career Slade first appeared at a national level racing in the 2003 Australian Formula Ford Championship. During the 2004 Australian Formula 3 Championship, Slade, in his rookie season with Team BRM, won his first race when making a one-off appearance at the penultimate round of the series.
