Albirex Niigata (S)
Albirex Niigata Singapore FC, abbreviated as Albirex Niigata (S), is a Singaporean football club that plays in the Singapore Premier League. The club is a satellite team of Albirex Niigata of Japan. History Albirex Niigata Singapore, a satellite team of Japanese club Albirex Niigata, joined the S. League in 2004. It was in that year the Football Association of Singapore decided to invite foreign teams in the league in a bid to deal with poor attendance issues. For the first years of the club's participation in the league it has settled in the mid-table in the standings. S. Suria Prakash (born 23 December 1993) is a Singapore international footballer who plays as a winger for S.League club Tanjong Pagar United. Youth career Suria joined the National Football Academy U18 in 2011 before moving to Balestier Khalsa Centre of Excellence the following year. Mohammad Azhar bin Sairudin (born 30 September 1986) is a Singapore professional footballer who currently plays as an attacking midfielder for S.League club Geylang International and the Singapore national football team. Geylang International Football Club is a professional football club based in Bedok, Singapore, which plays in the Singapore Premier League, the top division of football in Singapore. The Choa Chu Kang Stadium (also known as the CCK Stadium) is part of the Choa Chu Kang Sports and Recreation complex located in Choa Chu Kang, Singapore. Azwan bin Muhamad Saleh (born 6 January 1988) is a Bruneian footballer who plays for DPMM FC as a midfielder or left-sided full-back. His patronym is sometimes erroneously written as Salleh. He is currently the player with the most international appearances for the Brunei national football team with 33 caps. Muhammad Azwan bin Ali Rahman (bron 11 January 1992) is a Bruneian professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for DPMM FC and the Brunei national team. He is his club's current captain. Club career A product of Brunei's Sports School, Azwan first represented Jerudong FC in the Brunei Premier League at the age of 15. He was transferred to a national youth team (formerly the under-16s) playing in the Brunei Premier League II in 2011 and became their captain. Mohammad Shah Razen bin Said (born 14 December 1985) is a Bruneian international footballer who plays as a striker for DPMM FC and the Brunei national team. He is the current record goalscorer for Brunei with eight goals. Muhammad Shamil bin Sharif (born 8 May 1992) is a Singaporean professional footballer who currently plays as a midfielder for Warriors in the S.League, Singapore's top tier of professional football. Ho Wai Loon (; born 20 August 1993) is a Singaporean professional footballer who plays as a central-midfielder or left-back for Singapore Premier League club Albirex Niigata (S), whom he captains and the Singapore national team.
