2018 MAC Men's Basketball Tournament
The 2018 Mid-American Conference men's basketball tournament was the post-season Mid-American Conference men's basketball tournament, men's basketball tournament for the Mid-American Conference (MAC). Tournament first-round games were held on campus sites at the higher seed on March 5. The remaining rounds were held at Quicken Loans Arena in Cleveland, Cleveland, Ohio between March 8–10, 2018. Regular-season champion 2017–18 Buffalo Bulls men's basketball team, Buffalo defeated 2017–18 Toledo Rockets men's basketball team, Toledo in the championship game to win the tournament and receive the conference's automatic bid to the 2018 NCAA Division I men's basketball tournament, NCAA tournament. Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse is a multi-purpose arena in Cleveland, Ohio. The building is the home of the Cleveland Cavaliers of the National Basketball Association (NBA) and the Cleveland Monsters of the American Hockey League (AHL). Jeremy Tyler Harris II (born September 10, 1996) is an American professional basketball player for Borås Basket of the Swedish Basketball League. He played college basketball Buffalo Bulls of the Mid-American Conference (MAC). High school career As a senior at Page High School, Harris led the team to the 2014 NCHSAA 4-A state tournament. Harris was the No. 8-rated prep player in North Carolina coming out of high school. College career He competed for two seasons at Gulf Coast State College. Marreon Jamar Jackson (born October 29, 1998) is an American professional basketball player for the CSO Voluntari. He previously played for the Toledo Rockets and the Arizona State Sun Devils. High school career Jackson grew up in Cleveland, Ohio and initially played football before switching to basketball. BCSN is a regional sports network founded in 2003 (and first went on the air on January 7, 2004) to carry sports broadcasting, which had previously been aired on fellow cable-only station WT05. Overview The station airs Toledo Mud Hens games, BGSU ice hockey and other BGSU sports, University of Toledo sports, high school sports including the Northwest Hockey Conference, college basketball, and other sports games. 2017–18 Northern Illinois Huskies Men's Basketball Team
The 2017–18 Northern Illinois Huskies men's basketball team represented Northern Illinois University during the 2017–18 NCAA Division I men's basketball season. The Huskies, led by seventh-year head coach Mark Montgomery, played their home games at the Convocation Center in DeKalb, Illinois as members of the West Division of the Mid-American Conference. They finished the season 13–19, 6–12 in MAC play to finish in last place in the West Division. They lost in the first round of the MAC tournament to Kent State.
