Claudia Sheinbaum
Claudia Sheinbaum Pardo (born 24 June 1962) is a Mexican scientist, politician, and head of government of Mexico City, a position equivalent to a state governor. She was elected on 1 July 2018 as part of the Juntos Haremos Historia coalition. She is the second woman and the first Jew to be elected to this position in Mexico City. Sheinbaum has a Ph.D. in energy engineering, and is the author of over 100 articles and two books on the topics of energy, the environment, and sustainable development. She served as the Secretary of the Environment of Mexico City from 2000 to 2006 during Andrés Manuel López Obrador's term as mayor, and she was the Mayor of Tlalpan from 2015 to 2017. She contributed to the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change, which received the Nobel Peace Prize in 2007. In 2018, she was listed as one of BBC's ''100 Women''. Antonio Echevarría García is a Mexican businessman and politician who served as Governor of Nayarit from 2017 to 2021, and is affiliated with the National Action Party. Life Echevarría García, an accountant and alumnus of the Universidad Autónoma de Guadalajara, has been involved in business since the age of 17. He became the director general of Grupo Álica, a diversified conglomerate with holdings in media, real estate, soft drinks and car dealerships, in 2013. Graco Luis Ramírez Garrido Abreu (born 26 June 1949) is a Mexican left-wing politician affiliated with the Democratic Revolution Party (PRD) who was Governor of Morelos for the 2012–2018 term. He served in the upper house of Congress as senator representing the State of Morelos (2006–2012). Enrique Alfaro Ramírez
Enrique Alfaro Ramírez (born June 20, 1973) is a Mexican politician and the Governor of Jalisco. In 2009, he served as mayor of Tlajomulco de Zúñiga. He mounted his gubernatorial campaign in 2012 under the Movimiento Ciudadano (MC) party, but lost to the Institutional Revolutionary Party (PRI). Alfaro Ramírez decided to run for mayor of Guadalajara that year and won the elections. After serving for three years, he ran for governor again under the MC and was victorious. This victory marked the MC's first gubernatorial win in its history. Omar Fayad Meneses (born 26 August 1962) is a Mexican politician from the state of Hidalgo who has served as a federal deputy and senator. He served as the Governor of Hidalgo from 2016 to 2022.
