2018 Dubai Tour
The 2018 Dubai Tour was a road cycling stage race that took place in Dubai between 6 and 10 February 2018. It was the fifth edition of the Dubai Tour and was rated as a 2.HC event as part of the 2018 UCI Asia Tour. Route Stages Stage 1 Stage 2 Stage 3 Race leader Dylan Groenewegen received a 20-second penalty for sheltering too long behind a team car. Stage 4 Stage 5 Classification leadership table In the 2018 Dubai Tour, four different jerseys were awarded. For the general classification, calculated by adding each cyclist's finishing times on each stage, and allowing time bonuses for the first three finishers at intermediate sprints and at the finish of mass-start stages, the leader received a blue jersey. This classification was considered the most important of the 2018 Dubai Tour, and the winner of the classification was considered the winner of the race. 2018 UCI Asia Tour
The 2018 UCI Asia Tour was the 14th season of the UCI Asia Tour. The season began on 28 October 2017 with the Tour of Hainan and ended 21 October 2018. The points leader, based on the cumulative results of previous races, wears the UCI Asia Tour cycling jersey. Throughout the season, points are awarded to the top finishers of stages within stage races and the final general classification standings of each of the stages races and one-day events. The quality and complexity of a race also determines how many points are awarded to the top finishers, the higher the UCI rating of a race, the more points are awarded. Adam Michael Blythe (born 1 October 1989) is an English former professional road and track racing cyclist, who competed professionally between 2010 and 2019 for the , , , , and teams. Blythe began racing at a young age and went on to become a member of British Cycling's Olympic Development Programme. Amateur career Born in Sheffield, Blythe began cycling at a young age with the Sheffield Phoenix club. Jean-Pierre "Jempy" Drucker (born 3 September 1986) is a retired Luxembourgish professional racing cyclist. John Degenkolb (born 7 January 1989) is a German professional road bicycle racer, who currently rides for UCI WorldTeam .
