2018 Copa Sudamericana Finals
The 2018 Copa Sudamericana Finals was the two-legged final to decide the winner of the 2018 Copa Sudamericana, the 17th edition of the Copa Sudamericana, South America's secondary international club football tournament organized by CONMEBOL. The finals were contested in two-legged home-and-away format between Colombian team Junior and Brazilian team Atlético Paranaense. The first leg was hosted by Junior at the Estadio Metropolitano Roberto Meléndez in Barranquilla on 5 December 2018, while the second leg was hosted by Atlético Paranaense at the Arena da Baixada in Curitiba on 12 December 2018. This was the last final to take place over two legs, as starting from 2019 the final will be played as a single match at a venue chosen in advance. Tied 2–2 on aggregate, Atlético Paranaense won 4–3 on penalties, winning the tournament for the first time in their history. 2018 Copa Sudamericana
The 2018 Copa CONMEBOL Sudamericana was the 17th edition of the CONMEBOL Sudamericana (also referred to as the ''Copa Sudamericana'', or pt, Copa Sul-Americana), South America's secondary club football tournament organized by CONMEBOL. Brazilian club Atlético Paranaense defeated Colombian club Junior by 4–3 on penalties in the finals after a 2–2 draw on aggregate score to win their first tournament title. As champions, Atlético Paranaense earned the right to play against the winners of the 2018 Copa Libertadores in the 2019 Recopa Sudamericana, and the winners of the 2018 J.League Cup in the 2019 J.League Cup / Copa Sudamericana Championship. They also automatically qualified for the 2019 Copa Libertadores group stage. CONMEBOL

Club Guaraní
Club Guaraní is a Paraguayan football team, based in the neighbourhood of Pinozá in outer Asunción. Founded on 12 October 1903, it is one of the oldest and one of the most successful in the country, with eleven Primera División titles, and has never been relegated to a lower division. History Club Guaraní is the second oldest Paraguayan football club. It was founded in 1903 under the name of "Football Club Guaraní" and its first president was Juan Patri. The name of the club derives from the Guaraní people, a big part of Paraguayan culture and history. Club Olimpia
Club Olimpia is a Paraguayan sports club based in the city of Asunción. The club promotes the practice of various sports with most importance given to the football, rugby and basketball sides, the former being the highest priority and most successful. They were founded on July 25, 1902 by a group of young Paraguayans, and the name stems from the idea of its principal founding member, William Paats, a Dutchman based in Paraguay, who is considered the father of Paraguayan football for having introduced the practice of the sport in the South American country. Internationally, the club is referred to as Olimpia Asunción in order to distinguish itself from Latin American football clubs of the same name. The 2018 Copa Libertadores qualifying stages were played from 22 January to 22 February 2018. A total of 19 teams competed in the qualifying stages to decide four of the 32 places in the group stage of the 2018 Copa Libertadores.
