2017 Missouri Valley Conference Men's Basketball Tournament
The 2017 Missouri Valley Conference men's basketball tournament, popularly referred to as "Arch Madness", was the postseason men's basketball tournament that completed the 2016–17 season in the Missouri Valley Conference. The tournament was held at the Scottrade Center, now known as Enterprise Center, in St. Louis, Missouri from March 2–5, 2017. Wichita State defeated Illinois State in the championship game and earned the conference's automatic bid to the NCAA tournament. Enterprise Center
The Enterprise Center is an 18,096-seat arena located in downtown St. Louis, Missouri, United States. Its primary tenant is the St. Louis Blues of the National Hockey League, but it is also used for other functions, such as NCAA basketball, NCAA hockey, concerts, professional wrestling and more. In a typical year, the facility hosts about 175 events. The 2016–17 Drake Bulldogs men's basketball team represented Drake University during the 2016–17 NCAA Division I men's basketball season. The Bulldogs were led by interim head coach Jeff Rutter.
