The 2017 AVP Pro Beach Volleyball Tour was a domestic professional beach volleyball circuit organized in the United States by the Association of Volleyball Professionals (AVP) for the 2017 beach volleyball season. The 2017 AVP Tour calendar comprises the "Gold Series" tournaments and "Open" tournaments. Schedule This is the complete schedule of events on the 2017 calendar, with team progression documented from the semifinals stage. Brittany Hochevar (born May 26, 1981) is an American female volleyball and beach volleyball player. Career Her hometown is Fowler, Colorado. Manhattan Beach Open
The Manhattan Beach Open is a beach volleyball tournament held annually during the summer in Manhattan Beach, California. Held on the south side of the Manhattan Beach Pier, the Open is the only professional volleyball tournament in which amateurs are able to "place into" the event through pre-qualifying rounds. The tournament began in 1960 starting as an amateur event and is now part of the professional volleyball players tour. Today the event is one of the largest on the AVP tour drawing an estimated 60,000 people. It is the longest-running and most prestigious beach volleyball tournament in the United States. William Reid Priddy (born October 1, 1977), known as Reid Priddy, is an American volleyball player on the United States men's national volleyball team and Italian club Cucine Lube Civitanova. He has also played on the AVP tour from 2000 to 2006. As of 2009, Priddy has resumed playing on the AVP Tour.
