The 2016–17 season is Huddersfield Town A.F.C., Huddersfield Town's fifth consecutive season in the Football League Championship, Championship and 108th year in existence. Along with competing in the Championship, the club participated in the FA Cup and Football League Cup, League Cup. Huddersfield Town A
Huddersfield is a market town in the Kirklees district in West Yorkshire, England. It is the administrative centre and largest settlement in the Kirklees district. The town is in the foothills of the Pennines. The River Holme's confluence into the similar-sized Colne to the south of the town centre which then flows into the Calder in the north eastern outskirts of the town. The Football Association Challenge Cup, more commonly known as the FA Cup, is an annual knockout football competition in men's domestic English football. First played during the 1871–72 season, it is the oldest national football competition in the world. It is organised by and named after The Football Association (The FA). Michael Martin Hefele (; born 1 September 1990) is a German former professional footballer who played as a centre-back. He is now a first team coach at West Bromwich Albion.
