FC Barcelona Bàsquet (English: FC Barcelona Basketball), commonly referred to as FC Barcelona () and colloquially known as Barça (), is a professional basketball club based in Barcelona, Catalonia, Spain. It is a part of the FC Barcelona multi sports club, and was founded on 24 August 1926, which makes it the oldest club in the Liga ACB. The club, which competes in the Liga ACB and the EuroLeague, is one of the most successful basketball clubs domestically as well as internationally. Two times European champions, Barça completed a triple crown in 2003 by winning the season's league, cup and EuroLeague. Their home arena is the Palau Blaugrana, which was opened on 23 October 1971. Jonathan Holmes (basketball)
Jonathan Alexander Holmes (born December 9, 1992) is an American professional basketball player who plays for KK Šentjur of the Premier A Slovenian Basketball League. He played college basketball for the Texas Longhorns. High school career Holmes attended Antonian College Prep in San Antonio, Texas. As a junior in 2009–10, he averaged 24.2 points, 9.8 rebounds and 3.2 blocks per game while leading Antonian to the TAPPS 5A state semifinals. Alejandro "Álex" Abrines Redondo (born August 1, 1993) is a Spanish professional basketball player for FC Barcelona Bàsquet, FC Barcelona of the Spanish Liga ACB and the EuroLeague. Xavier Tyler Jerome Munford (born June 1, 1992) is an American professional basketball player for Hapoel Tel Aviv of the Israeli Basketball Premier League and the Eurocup. Cheikh Moussa Diagne (born March 6, 1994) is a Senegalese professional basketball player for Iberostar Tenerife of the Liga ACB. He is a center, but he can also play as a power forward.
