The 2016 NCAA Division I Indoor Track and Field Championships was the 52nd NCAA Men's Division I Indoor Track and Field Championships and the 35th NCAA Women's Division I Indoor Track and Field Championships, held at the Birmingham CrossPlex in Birmingham, Alabama near the campus of the host school, the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Arman "Gino" Hall (born February 12, 1994) is an American sprinter specializing in the 400m. He is a World and Olympic gold medalist as a member of USA's 2014 and 2016 relay teams. He attended St. Thomas Aquinas High School in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Hall was raised in Pembroke Pines, Florida and lived with his mother, father and older brother. Brendon Rodney (born 9 April 1992) is a Canadian sprinter. As a member of the Canadian men's relay team, he is a two-time Olympic medallist in the 4 × 100 metres relay, taking silver in 2020 and bronze in 2016.
