The 2016 ATP Sofia Open, Sofia Open (also known as 2016 Garanti Koza Sofia Open for sponsorship reasons) was a men's tennis tournament played on indoor hard courts. The ATP 250 tournaments (previously known as the ''ATP World Tour 250'' tournaments, ''ATP International Series'', and ''ATP World Series'') are the lowest tier of annual men's tennis tournaments on the main ATP Tour, after the four Grand Slam (tennis), Grand Slam tournaments, ATP Finals, ATP Tour Masters 1000, ATP Masters 1000 tournaments, and ATP 500 tournaments. Martin Kližan
Martin Kližan (; born 11 July 1989) is a Slovak former professional tennis player. The winner of the 2006 French Open boys' singles title, Kližan turned pro in 2007 and had a career-high singles ranking of world No. 24, achieved on 27 April 2015, and world No. 73 in doubles, achieved on 4 May 2015. Thiemo Carsten Jannick de Bakker (born 19 September 1988) is a Dutch professional tennis player. Considered a top prospect of his generation as a junior, he also made an impressive breakthrough as a young pro, reaching a career-high ranking in singles of World No. 40 achieved on 19 July 2010 and World No. 115 in doubles achieved on 10 February 2014. Thomas Fabbiano (born 26 May 1989) is an Italian tennis player playing on the ATP Challenger Tour. On 11 September 2017, he reached his then highest ATP singles ranking of 70.
