The 2016 FC Zhetysu season is the 10th successive season that the club playing in the Kazakhstan Premier League, the highest tier of association football in Kazakhstan, and 20th in total. FC Shakhtyor Soligorsk
FC Shakhtyor Soligorsk ( be, ФК Шахцёр Салігорск, ''FK Shakhtsyor Salihorsk'') is a Belarusian Premier League football club, playing in the city of Soligorsk (Salihorsk) . History The club was founded in 1961. During Soviet era Shakhtyor Soligorsk was playing in top or second division of the Belarusian SSR league, occasionally dropping to lower tiers (Minsk Oblast league) for a short time. In 1971, Shakhtyor absorbed two other local Soligorsk teams (Khimik and Gornyak). FC Guria Lanchkhuti
FC Guria is a Georgian association football club from Lanchkhuti, which competes in Liga 3, the third tier of the national league. Boti Goa Tyrolien Orphée Demel (born March 3, 1989) is an Ivorian professional footballer who last played for Zhetysu in the Kazakhstan Premier League. Career Born in Dabou, Goa began his career with Club Omnisport Omness Dabou and joined in summer 2007 the Portuguese top club Benfica. Fudbalski klub Novi Pazar () is a professional football club from Novi Pazar, Serbia. The club was formed in 1928 as FK Deževa. Didier Kadio
Didier Kadio (born 5 April 1990) is an Ivorian footballer who plays as a defender or defensive midfielder. Career Club At the beginning of April 2014, Kadio moved to Kazakhstan, signing a loan deal with FC Zhetysu until the end of the 2014 season. FC Vostok
FC Vostok ( kk, Восток Футбол Клубы, ''Vostok Fýtbol Klýby'') was a Kazakhstan, Kazakh association football, football club from Oskemen (Ust-Kamenogorsk), and a founding member of the Kazakhstan Premier League in 1992. The club's best finish in the league was 5th place in 1997 and again in 1998. History On 19 September 2008, FC Shakhter and FC Vostok were found guilty of one count of match fixing. Coaches and management involved were banned from football for 60 months and both clubs were expelled from the Kazakhstan Premier League On 2 October 2008, the Football Federation of Kazakhstan revised these decisions. FC Vostok's expulsion was upheld, while FC Shakhter's punishment was reduced to a deduction of nine points. The result of the fixed match was annulled, and all remaining Vostok games were to be counted as won 3–0 by their opponents.
