Turkish Women's First Football League
The Turkish Women's Football Super League ( tr, Kadınlar Süper Ligi), formerly the First Women's Football League (also known as the ''Turkcell Women's Football Super League'' for sponsorship reasons), is the top level women's football league of Turkey. In the 2022–23 season, one group of 10 teams and one group of nine teams play a double round robin and finals to decide a champion club, which qualifies for a spot in the UEFA Women's Champions League. On 8 March 2021, the International Women's Day, the Turkish Football Federation signed a sponsorship agreement with the Turkish mobile phone operator Turkcell. Accordingly, the First Women's Football League was named Turkcell Women's Super League ( tr, Turkcell Kadın Süper Ligi) beginning with the 2021–22 season. Lela Chichinadze ( ka, ლელა ჭიჭინაძე, also transliterated via french: Tchitchinadze, born December 22, 1988) is a Georgian football striker. She is a member of the Georgian national team. She played in the Turkish Women's First Football League for Ataşehir Belediyespor with jersey number 88. Hatice Bahar Özgüvenç (born 10 June 1984) is a Turkish female football manager and former women's football player. She coaches Fatih Karagümrük. She was a member of the Turkish national team. Özgüvenç serves as teacher for physical education in a primary school in Muratlı town of Tekirdağ Province. Playing career Club Hatice Bahar Özgüvenç obtained her license for Feriköyspor on 23 October 1997. She has been playing in the Turkish Women's First League since 1999, and for Ataşehir Belediyespor since the 2013–14 season. At the end of the 1999–2000 season, she enjoyed league championship with her club Delta Mabilyaspor. Cosmina Dușa
Cosmina Anișoara Dușa (born 4 March 1990) is a Romanian footballer who plays as a forward for Beroe in Bulgaria and the Romanian national team. As a player she won the national championship, the national cup and was top scorer of the league. Career Club Dușa started playing football in primary school with her brother's friends. At the age of 17, she was accepted by the Romanian women's football club champions, CFF Clujana Cluj. She made her official debut in a 2007–08 UEFA Women's Cup match against Umeå IK; scoring five goals in the three group matches. She later played for AS Volos 2004 from Greece and was called up for the Romania national team. In 2010, she returned to Cluj-Napoca and followed her first trainer, Mirel Albon, to the newly founded team CFF Olimpia Cluj. The 2016–17 UEFA Women's Champions League was the 16th edition of the European women's club football championship organised by UEFA, and the 8th edition since being rebranded as the UEFA Women's Champions League. The final was held at the Cardiff City Stadium in Cardiff, Wales on 1 June 2017, two days before the final of the men's tournament played at the Millennium Stadium.
