2015–16 South Florida Bulls Men's Basketball Team
The 2015–16 South Florida Bulls men's basketball team represented the University of South Florida during the 2015–16 NCAA Division I men's basketball season. The season marked the 45th basketball season for USF and the third as a member of the American Athletic Conference. The Bulls were coached by Orlando Antigua, who was in his second season. The Bulls played their home games at the USF Sun Dome on the university's Tampa, Florida campus. The Bulls finished the season with a record of 8–25, 4–14 in AAC play to finish in a tie for ninth place in conference. They beat East Carolina in the first round of the AAC tournament before losing to Temple in the quarterfinals. Orlando Antigua
Orlando Radhames Antigua Fernández (born February 20, 1973), nicknamed "Hurricane", is a former Dominican-American basketball player and is currently an assistant coach at the University of Kentucky under John Calipari. He is widely known as becoming the first Hispanic and the first non-black player for the Harlem Globetrotters in 52 years when he signed in 1995. After his retirement from playing professional basketball he was named an assistant coach for the Pittsburgh Panthers, the Memphis Tigers, the Illinois Fighting Illini and the Kentucky Wildcats. In 2014, he was named the head coach of South Florida, which he held until 2017. He is also the head coach of the Dominican Republic national basketball team. Gonzaga Bulldogs Men's Basketball
The Gonzaga Bulldogs are an intercollegiate men's basketball program representing Gonzaga University. The school competes in the West Coast Conference in Division I of the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA). The UT Rio Grande Valley Vaqueros men's basketball team, or UTRGV Vaqueros, represents the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley in Edinburg, Texas, United States.
