Michael Malone (basketball)
Michael Malone (born September 15, 1971) is an American professional basketball coach who is the head coach of the Denver Nuggets of the National Basketball Association (NBA). He has also been the head coach of the Sacramento Kings. Malone previously served as an assistant coach of the New York Knicks, Cleveland Cavaliers, New Orleans Hornets, and Golden State Warriors. Early life and education Born in the Astoria, Queens, Astoria neighborhood of the New York City borough Queens, Malone is the son of Brendan Malone, a former NBA head coach. After graduating from Seton Hall Preparatory School, Malone attended prep school at Worcester Academy in the 1988–89 school year. He then graduated from Loyola University Maryland in 1994 with a degree in history and played on the Loyola Greyhounds men's basketball team from 1989 to 1993. Crypto.com Arena is a multi-purpose indoor arena in Downtown Los Angeles. Adjacent to the L.A. Live development, it is located next to the Los Angeles Convention Center complex along Figueroa Street. Erick O'Brien Green (born May 9, 1991) is an American professional basketball player for Budućnost VOLI in the Prva A Liga and the ABA League. He finished the 2012–13 NCAA Division I season as the top scorer in the nation at 25.0 points per game. Green was selected by the Utah Jazz with the 46th overall pick in the 2013 NBA draft, but was later traded to the Denver Nuggets. High school career Green was born in Inglewood, California but grew up in Winchester, Virginia. Kenneth Bernard Faried Lewis (born November 19, 1989) is an American professional basketball player for the Capitanes de Ciudad de México of the NBA G League.
