2015–16 AFC Ajax Season
The 2015–16 AFC Ajax season saw the club participate in the Eredivisie, the KNVB Cup, the UEFA Champions League and the UEFA Europa League. The first training took place on 6 July 2015 while the traditional AFC Ajax Open Day was held on 20 July. Pre-season The first training for the 2015–16 season was held on 6 June 2015. In preparation for the new season, Ajax organized a training stage in Neustift, Austria. The squad, with manager Frank de Boer, remained there from 15 to 24 June. During this training stage, a friendly match was played against Dynamo Moscow, whereupon the club then traveled back to the Netherlands, residing at De Lutte for additional training. The squad stayed there from 30 June to 5 July, when further friendly matches were played against Nordsjælland, Panathinaikos and VfL Wolfsburg. FC Nordsjælland
Football Club Nordsjælland, commonly known as FC Nordsjælland, Nordsjælland () or FCN, is a professional Danish football team from the North Zealand town of Farum. Founded as ''Farum Boldklub'' from the merger of the town's two football clubs Farum IK and Stavnsholt BK in 1991, the club changed its name to FC Nordsjælland in 2003. Riechedly Bazoer
Riechedly Bazoer (born 12 October 1996) is a Dutch professional footballer of Curaçaoan descent who plays as a midfielder for Dutch club AZ. Club career Ajax Bazoer joined Ajax on a free from rival Eredivisie club PSV on 16 November 2012. He had been linked with a move to the Premier League with Arsenal, Chelsea, Manchester City and Newcastle United being mentioned, but opted to sign with Ajax instead. No transfer fee was necessary, as the young defender was under age. However it was declared by the KNVB that Bazoer would not be eligible for the first team of Ajax until after his 16th birthday. Unable to make his debut in the 2012–13 season for the first team due to the KNVB ruling, he played for Jong Ajax in the Beloften Eredivisie, as well as participating in the 2013 Copa Amsterdam with Ajax A1. Mike Van Der Hoorn
Mike Adrianus Wilhelmus van der Hoorn (born 15 October 1992) is a Dutch professional footballer who plays as a centre back for Eredivisie club FC Utrecht. He made thirteen appearances for the Netherlands U-21 team. Club career Utrecht Van der Hoorn was born in Almere, Flevoland where he first joined local club SC Buitenboys, followed by FC Omniworld before being recruited into the youth ranks of FC Utrecht in 2006. He made his league debut for the first team on 15 May 2011, during the club's 2010–11 campaign, in a home match against AZ.
