M Jak Miłość
''M jak miłość'' (lit. ''L for Love'') is a Polish soap opera, revolving around the multiple generations of the Mostowiak family. The series premiered on 4 November 2000 on TVP2, primarily as a weekly drama, and after one season shifted into a new timeslot and extended to two (and occasionally three) episodes per week. For the last few years the show has been the most watched drama on Polish television. Its popularity led to a Russian adaptation, entitled ''Lyubov kak Lyubov''. The series is also broadcast on the international channel TVP Polonia with English subtitles. TVN Meteo
TVN Meteo was a Polish channel dedicated exclusively to weather forecasts, it launched on May 10, 2003. It was part of the TVN network and is owned by TVN Group. Its programmes aere prepared by the same weather team that presents the forecasts for TVN Meteo's sister channel TVN 24 and the group's flagship channel, TVN. It was available on most Polish cable networks. Executives of TVN Meteo: Agnieszka Górniakowska, Agnieszka Cegielska, Maja Popielarska, Omenaa Mensah, Bartłomiej Jędrzejak, Tomasz Zubilewicz, Dorota Gardias and Hubert Radzikowski. History TVN Meteo began broadcasting on 10 May 2003. The program included mainly thematic weather forecasts. Over the time, programmes on health, animals, plants and weather anomalies were also added to the programming. Since March 2, 2009, the channel has been broadcasting in the 16:9 format. Discovery Life
Discovery Life is an American cable television network owned by Warner Bros. Discovery. Launched on February 1, 2011 as Discovery Fit & Health, it was the result of the merger of Discovery Health Channel and FitTV (following the former's replacement in its channel space by OWN), and focuses on reality programming dealing with "life events". Its programming is drawn from the libraries of its predecessors and TLC. As of February 2015, approximately 46,696,000 American households (40.1% of households with television) received Discovery Life. History On January 17, 2011, Discovery Communications announced that FitTV would be re-launched as Discovery Fit & Health on February 1, 2011. X Factor (Polish TV Series)
''X Factor'' was a Polish talent show based on a British show ''The X Factor'' and broadcast on TVN (Polish TV channel), TVN. The first series premiered on 6 March 2011. On 27 November 2010, during the season 3 finale of ''Mam talent!, Poland's Got Talent'', Marcin Prokop confirmed that the auditions would be held in January 2011. That was also the first public statement from TVN about ''X Factor''. The main prize is Polish zloty, PLN100,000 funded by Apart and a recording contract with label Sony Music. Format The competition is split into three categories: Solo Singers aged 16–24, Solo Singers aged 25 and over and Vocal Groups. Before the Judges' houses stage each judge gets one category which he will be mentoring.
