2015 WA State Challenge Cup
Western Australian soccer clubs competed in 2015 for the Football West State Cup, known for sponsorship reasons as the Cool Ridge Cup. Clubs entered from the National Premier Leagues WA, the two divisions of the State League, a limited number of teams from various divisions of the 2015 Amateur League competition, and from regional teams invited from the South West, Goldfields, Great Southern and Midwest regions. This knockout competition was won by Sorrento FC, their third title. The competition also served as the Western Australian Preliminary Rounds for the 2015 FFA Cup. The two finalists – Perth SC and Sorrento FC – qualified for the final rounds, entering at the Round of 32. Gwelup Croatia is an Australian semi-professional soccer club based in Gwelup in Perth, Western Australia, founded in 1988. Gwelup Croatia currently competes in the Football West State League 1, with matches played at the Croatian Sporting Complex in Gwelup. They also compete in the Metropolitan League, Masters League, Ladies League, and in Juniors teams. The club regularly competes in the Australian-Croatian Soccer Tournament. In 2018 they qualified for the Round of 32 in the FFA Cup. Cockburn City SC
Cockburn City Soccer Club is an Australian soccer club currently playing in the National Premier Leagues Western Australia. They play their home games at Dalmatinac Park and train at Beale Park. History Cockburn City Soccer Club's origin goes back to 1929 when they were known as Spearwood Rovers, and after the 1964 season they amalgamated with Britannia (who had renamed a year earlier from Fremantle City) to become Cockburn United. A few months earlier, some of the Spearwood Rovers club had joined forces with Balkans Dalmatinac, to create Fremantle Dalmatinac (who were renamed Spearwood Dalmatinac in 1974). The two clubs enjoyed success in the period after, with facilities close to each other at Dalmatinac Park and Beale Park. Perth Glory FC Youth
Perth Glory Under-23s is the youth system of Perth Glory Football Club based in Perth, Western Australia, Australia. The academy teams play in the Y-League and National Premier Leagues (U20, U18, U15). Perth Glory Youth is the highest level squad within the setup. They play in the National Premier Leagues and play the majority of their home games at Hartfield Park (known for sponsorship reasons as Crazy Domains Stadium) in Forrestfield.
