The 2015 Tour of Slovenia ( sl, Dirka po Sloveniji) was the 22nd edition of the Tour of Slovenia, categorized as 2.1 stage race (UCI Europe Tour) held between 18 and 21 June 2015. Primož Roglič won the overall classification, took the race lead on the penultimate stage to the Trije Kralji Ski Resort. The race consisted of 4 stages with 534.8 km (332.3 mi) in total. 2015 UCI Europe Tour
The 2015 UCI Europe Tour was the eleventh season of the UCI Europe Tour. The 2015 season began on 29 January 2015 with the Vuelta a Mallorca, Trofeo Santanyí-Ses Salines-Campos and ended on 25 October 2015 with the Tour of Aegean. The points leader, based on the cumulative results of previous races, wears the UCI Europe Tour cycling jersey. Tom Van Asbroeck of Belgium is the defending champion of the 2014 UCI Europe Tour. Novo Mesto (; sl, Novo mesto; also known by other alternative names) is a city on a bend of the Krka River in the City Municipality of Novo Mesto in southeastern Slovenia, close to the border with Croatia. Rogaška Slatina (; german: Rohitsch-Sauerbrunn''Leksikon občin kraljestev in dežel zastopanih v državnem zboru,'' vol. 4: ''Štajersko''. 1904. Vienna: C. Kr. Dvorna in Državna Tiskarna, p. 248.) is a town in eastern Slovenia. It is the largest settlement and the seat of the Municipality of Rogaška Slatina. It is known for its curative mineral water, spa town, spa, and Lead glass, crystal glass. Name The name ''Rogaška Slatina'' literally means 'Rogatec springs', referring to a source of mineral water. The springs were dubbed ''Roitschocrene'' 'Rogatec springs' (< Greek κρήνη ''crene'' 'spring') in 1687 by Johann Benedikt Gründel. The settlement was known as ''Rohitsch-Sauerbrunn'' or ''Sauerbrunn Curort'' in German (and in older sources also ''Roitscher Sauerbrunn''). Dobrovnik
Dobrovnik (; hu, Dobronak, ) is a village in Slovenia and is the seat of the Municipality of Dobrovnik. It is located in the Prekmurje region. It has a significant Hungarian ethnic community. Name Dobrovnik was attested in written sources in 1322 as ''Dobronok'' (and as ''Dobronuk'' in 1322/35, and as ''Drobronak'' and ''Dabronuk'' in 1323). Pierpaolo De Negri (born 5 June 1986) is an Italian professional road bicycle racer, who most recently rode for UCI Continental team . During his career, De Negri has also served a doping suspension, after testing positive for anabolic–androgenic steroids (AAS). Individual Time Trial
An individual time trial (ITT) is a road bicycle race in which cyclists race alone against the clock (in French: ''contre la montre'' – literally "against the watch", in Italian: ''tappa a cronometro'' "stopwatch stage"). There are also track-based time trials where riders compete in velodromes, and team time trials (TTT).
