2015 Thai LPGA Tour
The Thai LPGA Tour is a professional golf tour for women organized by the Thailand Ladies Professional Golf Association. Founded in 2008, the Thai LPGA Tour hosted 4-6 professional events per year from 2009 to 2012. In 2013, the tour got support from the Sports Authority of Thailand and private company sponsors to expand the tour to 8 competitions. From 2017 to 2019, the final event, Thailand LPGA Masters, was co-sanctioned with the ALPG Tour and China LPGA Tour and was given Women's World Golf Ranking points. In December 2022, Thai LPGA Tour announced the inclusion of the tour in the Women's World Golf Rankings The Women's World Golf Rankings, also known for sponsorship reasons as the Rolex Rankings, were introduced in February 2006. Patcharajutar Kongkraphan ( th, พัชรจุฑา คงกระพันธ์; born 14 February 1992), also known as P.K. Kongkraphan, is a Thai professional golfer. Early life Kongkraphan was born on 14 February 1992. She started playing golf at the age of 5 years old. Professional career Kongkraphan turned professional in November 2009. In 2011, finished tied for 29th at the LPGA Qualifying Tournament to earn LPGA membership for the 2012 season. In 2012, she played three events on the LPGA Tour. Her best finish was tied for 45th at the Jamie Farr Toledo Classic. She also won the Enjoy Jakarta Indonesia Ladies Open on the Ladies Asian Golf Tour. In 2013, she mainly played on the Symetra Tour and had five top-10 finishes, including her first win at the Northeast Delta Dental International. Phetchaburi ( th, เพชรบุรี, ) or Phet Buri () is one of the western or central provinces (''changwat'') of Thailand. Neighboring provinces are (from north clockwise) Ratchaburi, Samut Songkhram, and Prachuap Khiri Khan. In the west it borders the Tanintharyi Division of Myanmar. Phetchaburi is home to Kaeng Krachan National Park. Geography Phetchaburi is at the north end of the Malay Peninsula, with the Gulf of Thailand to the east and the Tanaosi mountain range forming the boundary to Myanmar. Except for these border mountains most of the province is a flat plain. With an area of Kaeng Krachan National Park is Thailand's largest national park, covering nearly half of the province. Chanettee Wannasaen ( th, ชเนตตี วรรณแสน; born 16 April 2004) is a Thai professional golfer playing on the LPGA Tour. In 2022, she won six tournaments in Thailand before claiming her first win in Europe at the Trust Golf Links Series - Ramside Hall on the LET Access Series. In September 2023, she won her first LPGA title as a Monday qualifier at the Portland Classic. Early life Wannasaen was born on 16 April 2004 in Chiang Mai, Thailand.
