Novak Djokovic defeated Jo-Wilfried Tsonga in the final, 6–2, 6–4 to win the singles tennis title at the 2015 Shanghai Masters. He did not lose a single set in the entire tournament. Marin Čilić (; born 28 September 1988) is a Croatian professional tennis player. Čilić has won 20 ATP Tour singles titles, including a major at the 2014 US Open. Gilles Müller (; born 9 May 1983) is a former professional tennis player from Luxembourg. He is a two-time Grand Slam quarterfinalist and the most successful male tennis player in the history of his country.
