The 2015 División Profesional season (officially the 2015 Copa TIGO- Visión Banco for sponsorship reasons) is the 81st season of top-flight professional football in Paraguay. The División Profesional de la Asociación Paraguaya de Fútbol (; "Professional Division of the Paraguayan Football Association"), also known as the Primera División (; "first division"), or due to sponsorship reasons Copa de Primera TIGO-Visión Banco, is the top-flight professional football league in Paraguay. Currently, there are 12 teams in the first division. The most successful club is Olimpia, with 46 championships. The most recent champions are Olimpia, having won the 2022 Clausura tournament. IFFHS ranked the league as the ninth strongest in the world in 2012, and the eleventh strongest in the world in 2013. In 2017, the Primera División returned to 9th position in the world and the 4th from South America, after Brazil (3rd), Colombia (6th) and Argentina (7th). Humberto García (footballer)
Humberto Antonio García Ramírez (born 13 May 1974) is a Paraguayan football manager and former player who played as a midfielder. He is the current manager of Sol de América. Career After notably playing as a senior for Sport Colombia, García began his managerial career with the club in 2007. He left at the end of the 2009 season, subsequently taking over Sportivo San Lorenzo, but returned to Sport Colombia shortly after. In 2011, García was appointed manager of General Díaz, helping in their promotion to Primera División in 2012, as champions. He was sacked on 29 March 2015, and was named at the helm of fellow top tier side Deportivo Capiatá on 6 April. Dismissed by Capiatá on 24 August 2015, García returned to General Díaz seven days later, and helped the side to avoid relegation. Mario Vicente Jara (born 25 April 1980) is an Argentine football manager and former player who played as a midfielder. Fernando Jubero Carmona (born 27 February 1974) is a Spanish football manager. Career Born in Barcelona, Catalonia, Jubero worked as a scout for the youth categories of FC Barcelona and the Aspire Academy. Ahead of the 2012 season, he was named the new director of football of Paraguayan club Guaraní. In June 2013, Jubero was named interim manager of Guaraní, after Diego Alonso left the club.
