2015 Melon Music Awards
The 2015 Melon Music Awards were held on Saturday, November 7, 2015, at the Olympic Gymnastics Arena in Seoul, South Korea. Organized by Kakao M through its online music store Melon, the 2015 ceremony was the seventh installment of the event. The ceremony was hosted by television personality Yoo Byung-jae. Exo and Big Bang led the number of nominations with five each, with Big Bang winning four of those awards while Exo won two. Olympic Gymnastics Arena
The Olympic Gymnastics Arena (), also known as the KSPO Dome since 2018, is an indoor arena located within the Olympic Park in Seoul, South Korea. It has a capacity of 15,000 and can be extended upto 20,000. It was constructed between 31 August 1984 and 30 April 1986, to host the gymnastics competitions at the 1988 Summer Olympics. The roof was designed by David H. Geiger. It is a self-supporting cable dome – the first of its kind ever built – with a four-layer fabric cladding. GFriend (stylized in all caps; ) was a South Korean girl group formed by Source Music in 2015. The group consisted of six members: Sowon, Yerin, Eunha, Yuju, SinB, and Umji. They debuted with the extended play (EP) '' Season of Glass'' on January 15, 2015 and won several female rookie awards, garnering momentum early on despite being from a small company. GFriend continued their commercial success the next year with their third EP, ''Snowflake'', whose lead single " Rough" won first place on numerous music shows. "No No No" is a song by South Korean girl group Apink. It was released on July 5, 2013 with their third EP, '' Secret Garden'', and is composed by Shinsadong Tiger and Kupa. It had been 14 months since their last album Une Année was released, and it was the first time the group promoted with six members after Hong Yookyung left the group in April. "No No No" was the group's highest charting single, peaking at number 2 on the ''Billboard'' K-pop Hot 100. Hyukoh
Hyukoh ( ko, 혁오) is a South Korean indie band signed to DooRooDooRoo Artist Company. The band was formed in May 2014 and consists of leader, singer, and guitarist Oh Hyuk, bassist Im Dong-geon, guitarist Lim Hyun-jae, and drummer Lee In-woo. EXID (; ; short for "Exceed in Dreaming") is a South Korean girl group formed in 2012. Hong Jin-young (born August 9, 1985) is a South Korean trot singer and entertainer. She was a member of the short-lived South Korean girl group SWAN, which debuted in 2007.
