2015 FIVB Volleyball World League
The 2015 FIVB Volleyball World League was the 26th edition of the annual men's international volleyball tournament, played from 16 May to 19 July 2015. The tournament featured a record 32 participating countries from 5 confederations. The teams were divided into 3 groups and 8 pools. The Group 1 Final Round which served as the volleyball test event of the 2016 Summer Olympics was held in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. VK Selver Tallinn is a professional Volleyball team based in Tallinn, Estonia. It plays in the Baltic Men Volleyball League and in the CEV Challenge Cup. Minas Tênis Clube (short, just ''Minas'') is a social, recreational and sports club from Belo Horizonte, Brazil. By 2013, it has more than 73,000 members. Sada Cruzeiro Vôlei is a Brazilian professional volleyball team based in Contagem, Minas Gerais, Brazil. They compete in the Brazilian Superliga and were the champions in the 2011–12, 2013–14 and 2014–15 seasons. In 2012, 2014 and 2016 won the South American Championship. Bernardo Rocha de Rezende (born 25 August 1959), known as Bernardo Rezende and nicknamed Bernardinho, is a Brazilian volleyball coach and former player. He is the current coach of the female volleyball team Rio de Janeiro Vôlei Clube. Rezende is the most successful coach in the history of volleyball, accumulating more than 30 major titles in twenty-year career directing the Brazilian male and female teams. He has won two Olympic gold medals during his coaching career, as head coach of Brazil men's national volleyball team at Athens 2004 and Rio 2016 Olympics. The UC Irvine Anteaters men's volleyball team is the men's intercollegiate volleyball team at the University of California, Irvine.
