2015 Coppa Bernocchi
The 2015 Coppa Bernocchi was a one-day cycling semi-classic that took place on 17 September 2015, starting and finishing in Legnano in northern Italy. It was the second leg of the 2015 Trittico Lombardo and the 97th edition of the Coppa Bernocchi. The race was won by Vincenzo Nibali (), who took a solo victory a second ahead of a small group. Mauro Finetto () came second, with Matteo Trentin (riding for the Italian national team) third. Nibali had come second in the Coppa Ugo Agostoni and went on to win the Tre Valli Varesine to win the Trittico Lombardo competition. The 2015 UCI Europe Tour was the eleventh season of the UCI Europe Tour. The 2015 season began on 29 January 2015 with the Vuelta a Mallorca, Trofeo Santanyí-Ses Salines-Campos and ended on 25 October 2015 with the Tour of Aegean. The points leader, based on the cumulative results of previous races, wears the UCI Europe Tour cycling jersey. Tom Van Asbroeck of Belgium is the defending champion of the 2014 UCI Europe Tour. It was the first leg of the 2015 Trittico Lombardo and the 69th edition of the Coppa Ugo Agostoni. Niccolò Bonifazio (born 9 October 1993) is an Italian cyclist, who currently rides for UCI WorldTeam . Career Early career Bonifazio was born in Cuneo. Bonifazio's professional career began in 2013 when he rode as a stagiaire for UCI WorldTeam . He joined the team the following year as a regular rider. In September 2014, Bonifazio took the biggest victory of his career so far by winning the Coppa Agostoni in a bunch sprint. The 2015 Tre Valli Varesine was the 95th edition of the Tre Valli Varesine single-day cycling race. As was the 2014 edition, it was raced in September; however, unlike the previous edition, it was held after the World Championships. It was the final part of the Trittico Lombardo.
