2014–15 Yale Bulldogs Men's Ice Hockey Season
The 2014–15 Yale Bulldogs men's ice hockey team represented Yale University in the 2014–15 NCAA Division I men's ice hockey season. The team was coached by Keith Allain, '80, his ninth season behind the bench at Yale. His assistant coaches were Dan Muse, Jason Guerriero, Josh Siembida, and Stephen Volek. The Bulldogs played their home games at Ingalls Rink on the campus of Yale University, competing in the ECAC. Offseason Three Senior Bulldogs graduated in May: Captain Jesse Root – F, Kenny Agostino – F, and Gus Young – D Senior defensemen Tommy Fallen was named Captain for the 2014–15 season. Yale Bulldogs Men's Ice Hockey
The Yale Bulldogs men's ice hockey team represents Yale University in New Haven, Connecticut and is the oldest collegiate ice hockey team in the United States. The Bulldogs compete in the Ivy League and the ECAC Hockey League (ECACHL) and play their home games at Ingalls Rink, also called the Yale Whale. The current head coach is Keith Allain, who led the Bulldogs to an Ivy League championship in his first year as head coach (2006–2007 season). Allain is assisted by former QU/UND goaltender, Josh Siembida. On April 13, 2013, the Bulldogs shut out Quinnipiac 4–0 to win their first NCAA Division I Championship. The North American Hockey League (NAHL) is one of the top junior hockey leagues in the United States and is in its 48th season of operation in 2022–23. The Bismarck Bobcats are a Tier II junior ice hockey team in the North American Hockey League's (NAHL) Central Division, and play out of Bismarck, North Dakota, in the V.F.W. Sports Center.
