2014–15 Southern Illinois Salukis Men's Basketball Team
The 2014–15 Southern Illinois Salukis men's basketball team represented Southern Illinois University Carbondale during the 2014–15 NCAA Division I men's basketball season. The Salukis, led by third year head coach Barry Hinson, played their home games at the SIU Arena and were members of the Missouri Valley Conference. They finished the season 12–21, 4–14 in MVC play to finish in ninth place. They advanced to the quarterfinals of the Missouri Valley tournament where they lost to Wichita State. Previous season The Salukis finished the season 14–19, 9–9 in MVC play to finish in a three way tie for fourth place. Barry Hinson
Barry Douglas Hinson (born May 12, 1961) is an American college basketball coach and most recently was the head coach of the Southern Illinois Salukis men's basketball team (SIU). He was born in Marlow, Oklahoma. Before SIU he was the Director of Men's Basketball Operations at the University of Kansas, head coach of Missouri State University and head coach of Oral Roberts University. On March 28, 2012, Hinson was announced the head coach of Southern Illinois University's men's basketball team. On March 8, 2019, Hinson announced his resignation at head coach of Southern Illinois University's men's basketball team following a loss in the quarterfinals of the Missouri Valley Conference basketball tournament in St. Louis. Huntington Prep or Huntington St. Joseph Prep is a basketball-focused college preparatory school located in Huntington, West Virginia. Huntington Prep was originally unrelated to the public Huntington High School located in the same city, though now Huntington Prep players go to school at Huntington High after Huntington Prep's host relationship with St. Joseph Central Catholic High School ended in 2020. School Huntington Prep was originally housed within St. Joseph Central Catholic High School, a religious school, but in 2020 ended that relationship. The Illinois Fighting Illini men's basketball team is an NCAA Division I college basketball team competing in the Big Ten Conference. Home games are played at the State Farm Center, located on the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign's campus in Champaign. Benjamin Bosse High School
Benjamin Bosse High School, referred to as Evansville Bosse High School by the IHSAA, is a public high school of the Evansville Vanderburgh School Corporation in Evansville, Indiana, United States. Bosse is the third smallest high school by enrollment of Vanderburgh County's nine high schools. The school is a contributing property to the Lincolnshire Historic District on the National Register of Historic Places. History The school was initially financed by Benjamin Bosse, who was the mayor of Evansville from 1914 to 1922.
