2014–15 Kentucky Wildcats Women's Basketball Team
The 2014–15 Kentucky Wildcats women's basketball team represented University of Kentucky during the 2014–15 NCAA Division I women's basketball season. The Wildcats, led by eighth year head coach Matthew Mitchell, play their home games at the Memorial Coliseum with one game at Rupp Arena and were members of the Southeastern Conference. They finished the season 24–10, 10–6 in SEC play to finish in a three-way tie for fourth place. They advanced to the semifinals of the SEC women's tournament where they lost to Tennessee. They received an at-large to the NCAA women's tournament where they defeated Tennessee State in the first before getting upset by Dayton the second round. Matthew Mitchell (basketball Coach)
Matthew LaMont Mitchell (born December 16, 1970) is an American former college basketball coach, who was most recently head coach for University of Kentucky women's basketball. On November 12, 2020, Mitchell announced his retirement from coaching. Coaching Mitchell became the head coach of UK on April 23, 2007, succeeding former UK coach Mickie DeMoss. Prior to becoming the coach at Kentucky, Mitchell spent two years as the head coach at Morehead State. Mitchell started his coaching career as graduate assistant under Pat Summitt at Tennessee, and he also spent time as an assistant coach at Florida and Kentucky before becoming a head coach. Following the 2009–10 season, Mitchell was named the SEC Coach of the Year. In addition to Mitchell's recognition, Victoria Dunlap was named the SEC Player of the Year and A'dia Mathies was named the SEC Freshman of the Year. Queens Village is a mostly residential middle class neighborhood in the eastern part of the New York City borough of Queens. The University of Pikeville (UPIKE) is a private university affiliated with the Presbyterian Church (USA) and located in Pikeville, Kentucky. Start High School (Toledo, Ohio)
Roy C. Start High School is the largest comprehensive public high school in Toledo, Ohio, United States. The school opened in 1962 and is part of the Toledo Public Schools. It was named after Roy C. Start, two-time mayor of Toledo and founder of the West Toledo YMCA. The school building was demolished and replaced with a new building. Students have been attending the new Start since January 2008. The only part of the original Roy C. Start High School building in use is the auditorium (which is now in the West Toledo YMCA building) and is attached to the new building. Reynoldsburg High School
Reynoldsburg High School (RHS) is a public high school located in Reynoldsburg, Ohio, United States, and the only high school in the Reynoldsburg City School District. The school is divided into five academies housed at two separate campuses, each of which has its own academy leaders and administrative team. Reynoldsburg is a city in Fairfield, Franklin, and Licking counties in the U.S. state of Ohio. It is a suburban community in the Columbus, Ohio metropolitan area. Sparkman High School
Sparkman High School is a public high school in Harvest, Alabama, United States in the Madison County Schools district. The school was named after senator and former vice presidential nominee John Jackson Sparkman. Sparkman is one of the largest high schools in northern Alabama and serves students in grades 10- 12.
