2014–15 Colonial Athletic Association Men's Basketball Season
The 2014–15 CAA men's basketball season marked the 30th season of Colonial Athletic Association basketball, taking place between November 2014 and March 2015. Practices commenced in October 2014, and the season ended with the 2015 CAA men's basketball tournament. This was the first CAA season for Elon Phoenix men's basketball, Elon, which had spent the previous 11 seasons in the Southern Conference. National Collegiate Athletic Association
The National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) is a nonprofit organization that regulates student athletics among about 1,100 schools in the United States, Canada, and Puerto Rico. It also organizes the athletic programs of colleges and universities in the United States and Canada and helps over 500,000 college student athletes who compete annually in college sports. The organization is headquartered in Indianapolis, Indiana. Until 1957, the NCAA was a single division for all schools. That year, the NCAA split into the University Division and the College Division. Kevin Keatts
Kevin Andre Keatts (born July 28, 1972) is an American college basketball coach. He is the current men's head coach at North Carolina State University. Early life and playing career Keatts grew up as an only child in Lynchburg, Virginia. His father was a masonry instructor at Amherst County High School, and Keatts worked as his apprentice on the weekends. He attended Heritage High School and played point guard on their basketball team as well as quarterback on their football team. As starting quarterback, Keatts led the football team to be ranked the best in the state, losing only one game his entire career. He played basketball for Ferrum College, averaging 13.3 points per game by his senior year. Adjehi Nonma Baru (born 10 December 1991) is a Ivorian professional basketball player who currently plays for Burundian team Urunani. He also represents the Ivory Coast national basketball team. Juan'ya Green (born February 8, 1992) is an American basketball player, most recently as a member of Al Sadd in the Qatari Basketball League. He completed his college career in 2016 after having split his career playing for Niagara University and Hofstra University. Green went unselected in the ensuing 2016 NBA draft. Scott Eatherton
Scott Eatherton (born December 26, 1991) is an American basketball player who played for Nagoya Diamond Dolphins of Japan's B.League. He played college basketball for the Saint Francis Red Flash and the Northeastern Huskies. Eatherton was born in Orlando, Florida and raised in Hershey, Pennsylvania. After a prep career at Hershey High School, he signed with Saint Francis University of Loretto, Pennsylvania. After two seasons he transferred to Northeastern University in Boston, where as a senior he was named to the Colonial Athletic Association (CAA) all-defensive team and first-team all-conference. Undrafted out of college, Eatherton signed with Fortitudo Agrigento in Italy for the 2015–16 season. Earl Grant (basketball)
Earl Grant (born December 25, 1976) is an American college basketball coach and the current head coach for the Boston College Eagles men's basketball team. Prior to being named head coach at Boston College, Grant served as head coach at the College of Charleston, as an assistant coach at Clemson University, and an assistant coach for six years under former Charleston assistant coach Gregg Marshall at Wichita State and Winthrop University. Grant also served as an assistant coach at The Citadel. Biography A native of North Charleston, South Carolina, Grant went to R.B. Stall High School. He played college basketball at the NCAA Division II level at Georgia College for two years.
