Botola 2
Botola Pro 2, commonly known as Botola 2 (formerly known before as the ''Groupement National de Football 2''), is the second division of the Moroccan football league, behind the Botola, the highest football league in Morocco. It features 16 teams across the country that compete for the top two positions in the competition which at the end of the season allows them promotion to the Botola. Raja Beni Mellal
Raja Beni Mellal is a Moroccan football club currently playing in the second division Botola 2. The club was founded in 1956 and is located in the town of Beni Mellal. History Raja Beni Mellal was founded in 1956 by Monsieur Abdellatif Mesfioui after the alliance of a set of clubs of the city of Beni Mellal they included the Ittihad Al Mellali et La Mouloudia. Abdellatif Mesfioui was the first president of the club following the merger between the Ittihad and Mouloudia. The club businesses still have the final of the Champions Cup Maghreb against Club Africain. Best Presidents of the club's history to date were Lhaj Jilali Lasri (1973-1974 and 1974–1975) and his son Lhaj Abdelwahed Lasri (2010-2011 and 2011–2012) where during their activity there have been the best four seasons in the history of Raja Beni Mellal. 2015–16 Botola
The 2015–16 Botola, also known as Botola Maroc Telecom for sponsorship reasons, is the 59th season of the Premier League, the top Moroccan professional league for association football clubs, since its establishment in 1915. The fixtures were announced on 22 July 2015. The season started on 5 September 2015 and is scheduled to conclude on 15 April 2016. Wydad came into the season as defending champions of the 2014–15 season. Ittihad Tanja and MC Oujda entered as the two promoted teams from the 2014–15 GNF 2. On June 5th 2016, FUS Rabat won the football championship after a 4-2 victory against Mouloudia D'Oujda.
