2014–15 2. Liga (Slovakia)
2. liga, currently named DOXXbet liga due to sponsorship reasons, is the second-highest division in the Slovak football league system after the Fortuna Liga. The 2014–15 season of the DOXXbet liga was kthe 22nd season of the second-tier football league in Slovakia, since its establishment in 1993. For the first time in history, twenty-four teams will compete in two groups, with top six sides from each of groups will advance to a further round. MŠK Žilina () is a Slovak football club based in the town of Žilina, that is playing in the Slovak Superliga. Since the league inception in 1993, the club has won 7 titles and comes second in All-time table that makes them one of the most successful teams in the competition. FK Pohronie is a Slovak football team, based in the town of Žiar nad Hronom. The club currently competes in 2. Liga. The 2019/20 season was the first time in the club's history that the team played in Fortuna Liga, the highest level of the Slovak football league system. FC Lokomotíva Košice is a Slovak football club, playing in the town of Košice. The club was founded in 1946 and played for 29 years in the Czechoslovak First League. The club also had several appearances in Europe playing the UEFA Cup Winners' Cup 1977-78 and the UEFA Cup 1978-79.
