2014 Topshelf Open
The 2014 Topshelf Open was a tennis tournament played on outdoor grass courts. It was the 25th edition of the Rosmalen Grass Court Championships, and was part of the 250 Series of the 2014 ATP World Tour, and of the WTA International tournaments of the 2014 WTA Tour. Both the men's and the women's events took place at the Autotron park in Rosmalen, 's-Hertogenbosch, Netherlands, from June 15 through June 21, 2014. ATP World Tour 250 Series
The ATP 250 tournaments (previously known as the ''ATP World Tour 250'' tournaments, ''ATP International Series'', and ''ATP World Series'') are the lowest tier of annual men's tennis tournaments on the main ATP Tour, after the four Grand Slam (tennis), Grand Slam tournaments, ATP Finals, ATP Tour Masters 1000, ATP Masters 1000 tournaments, and ATP 500 tournaments. As of 2020 ATP Tour, 2020, the series includes 39 tournaments, with 250 ranking points awarded to each singles champion—which accounts for the name of the series. Fernando Verdasco
Fernando Verdasco Carmona (; born 15 November 1983) is a Spanish professional tennis player. His career-high singles ranking is world No. 7, achieved in April 2009. His best performance in a Grand Slam was making the semifinals of the 2009 Australian Open, where he lost to compatriot and eventual champion Rafael Nadal in five sets. The match itself has been considered one of the greatest Grand Slam semifinals of all time. João Sousa
João Pedro Coelho Marinho de Sousa (born 30 March 1989), known as João Sousa (), is a Portuguese professional tennis player. He achieved a career-high ATP singles ranking of No. 28 on 16 May 2016 and a doubles ranking of No. 26 on 13 May 2019. Mate Pavić (; born 4 July 1993) is a Croatian professional tennis player who is a former world No. 1 in doubles. He is a five-time Grand Slam champion, having won three titles in men's doubles: the 2018 Australian Open with Oliver Marach, the 2020 US Open with Bruno Soares, and the 2021 Wimbledon Championships with Nikola Mektić. Adrian Mannarino (born 29 June 1988) is a French professional tennis player. He has a career-high ATP singles ranking of world No. 22, attained on 19 March 2018. He won his first ATP Tour singles title at the 2019 Rosmalen Open on grass. He is currently the highest ranked French player. Thiemo Carsten Jannick de Bakker (born 19 September 1988) is a Dutch professional tennis player.
