2014 Oregon Ducks Football Team
The 2014 Oregon Ducks football team represented the University of Oregon in the 2014 NCAA Division I FBS football season. The team was led by second-year head coach Mark Helfrich and played their home games at Autzen Stadium for the 48th straight year. They are a member of the Pac-12 Conference in the North Division. Mark Helfrich (American Football)
Mark August Helfrich (born October 28, 1973) is a former American football coach who is now an analyst for Fox Sports. He was the head coach for the University of Oregon from 2013 to 2016. He most recently served as the offensive coordinator of the Chicago Bears from 2018 to 2019. He played professionally in the Austrian Football League. Playing career Recruited out of Marshfield High School in Coos Bay, Oregon, Helfrich was offered an opportunity to walk on at the University of Oregon; however, he decided to attend Southern Oregon instead, where he was the starting quarterback from 1992 to 1995 and was a NAIA All-American. Gerald A. Azzinaro Jr. (; born July 11, 1958) is an American football coach who most recently served as the defensive coordinator for the UCLA Bruins football team. He played college football as a linebacker at American International College (AIC) and became a graduate assistant for the team in 1982. He was the linebackers and running backs coach for Westfield State in 1985, and he was the head coach for Western New England University in 1986. The 2013 Tostitos Fiesta Bowl was a postseason college football bowl game played on Thursday, January 3, 2013, at University of Phoenix Stadium in Glendale, Arizona.
