2014 Moselle Open
The 2014 Moselle Open was a men's tennis tournament held in Metz, France and played on indoor hard courts. It was the 12th edition of the Moselle Open, and part of the ATP World Tour 250 series of the 2014 ATP World Tour. It was held at the Parc des Expositions de Metz Métropole from 15 September until 21 September 2014. Eighth-seeded David Goffin won the singles title. ATP World Tour 250 Series
The ATP 250 tournaments (previously known as the ''ATP World Tour 250'' tournaments, ''ATP International Series'', and ''ATP World Series'') are the lowest tier of annual men's tennis tournaments on the main ATP Tour, after the four Grand Slam (tennis), Grand Slam tournaments, ATP Finals, ATP Tour Masters 1000, ATP Masters 1000 tournaments, and ATP 500 tournaments. As of 2020 ATP Tour, 2020, the series includes 39 tournaments, with 250 ranking points awarded to each singles champion—which accounts for the name of the series. Jerzy Janowicz
Jerzy Filip Janowicz Jr. (; born 13 November 1990) is a Polish professional tennis player. Janowicz is best known for becoming the first Polish man to reach a major semifinal at the 2013 Wimbledon Championships. Noted for his very powerful serve, Janowicz can hit at up to along with strong groundstrokes. Despite never winning an ATP Tour title, Janowicz obtained a career-high world ranking of No. 14 in August 2013. Leonardo Martín Mayer (; ''Mayer'' locally or , ; born May 15, 1987) is a former professional tennis player from Argentina. Marcel Granollers Pujol (; ; born 12 April 1986) is a Spanish professional tennis player. He reached his career-high singles ranking of world No. 19 in July 2012, and his career-high doubles ranking of world No. 4 in February 2013. Andrey Golubev ( rus, Андре́й Алекса́ндрович Го́лубев; born July 22, 1987) is a Kazakh professional tennis player. Michał Przysiężny (; born 16 February 1984) is a former Polish professional tennis player. Kenny de Schepper (born 29 May 1987) is a French professional tennis player. Career De Schepper was born in Bordeaux, France. His father Éric, originally from Belgium, was a former professional squash player.
