Houston Dynamo
Houston Dynamo FC (formerly officially, but still commonly, called the Houston Dynamo) is an American professional soccer club based in Houston. The Dynamo compete in Major League Soccer (MLS) as a member of the Western Conference. Established on December 15, 2005, the club was founded after their former owners relocated the San Jose Earthquakes' players and staff to Houston following the 2005 season. For their first six seasons in Houston, the Dynamo were based at Robertson Stadium on the campus of the University of Houston. During the 2012 season, the club moved to PNC Stadium, a soccer-specific stadium in East Downtown Houston. The club is majority owned by Ted Segal, who fully controls ownership after buying out his remaining minority partners in August 2022. Luis Fernando Garrido (born 5 November 1990) is a Honduran professional footballer who plays as a Midfielder for Marathón. Club career Born in Juticalpa, Garrido started playing for Juticalpa F.C. in the secondary division when he was 17 years old. Brian Ownby
Brian Tyler Ownby (born July 16, 1990) is an American soccer player who currently plays for Louisville City in the USL Championship. Early life Personal Ownby was born in Glen Allen, Virginia to parents Steve and Andrea Ownby and has a younger brother named Eric. He first played competitive soccer with the Academy and Travel teams of the Richmond Strikers. He attended Deep Run High School where he played soccer and became the school's all-time leading goal scorer. As a Senior in 2008 Ownby led Deep Run to a 22-2-1 record and the Virginia Group AAA state championship. Michael Lisch
Michael David Lisch (born August 30, 1990) is an American soccer player. Career College Lisch played college soccer at Wake Forest University between 2009 and 2012. While at Wake Forest, Lisch also spent time playing for USL PDL club Austin Aztex. After graduating in 2012, he transferred to the University of New Mexico where he played his final college season under coach Jeremy Fishbein. Bryan Salazar (born October 17, 1994) is an American soccer player. Career Youth Salazar joined The Houston Dynamo Junior Academy at the age of 13, eventually progressing to the Dynamo U-18 squad. Professional On February 13, 2013, Salazar signed his first professional contract, joining the Dynamo senior squad. In doing so, Salazar became the fifth Dynamo academy player to be signed under the MLS' Homegrown Player Rule. Anthony Arena (born August 3, 1990) is an American soccer player. Career Youth and College Arena played college soccer at Wake Forest University between 2009 and 2012. While at college, Arena also spent time playing for USL PDL club's Washington Crossfire and Seattle Sounders FC U-23. Professional Arena was selected by Houston Dynamo with the 18th overall pick of the 2013 MLS Supplemental Draft. Arena signed with Houston in March 2013. Pittsburgh Riverhounds SC is an American professional soccer team based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
