2014 Albanian Supercup
The 2014 Albanian Supercup was the 21st edition of the Albanian Supercup since its establishment in 1989. The match was contested between the 2013–14 Albanian Cup winners KS Flamurtari and the 2013–14 Albanian Superliga champions Skënderbeu Korçë. The cup was won by Skënderbeu Korçë with the minimal score 1–0. This was the second Supercup trophy for Skënderbeu Korçë. Albanian Supercup
The Albanian Supercup is a single match usually at the beginning of the season between the winners of the Kategoria Superiore and Albanian Cup. Supercup final was not played in the occasions when the champion team won the Double (association football), Double. However, after year 2000 Albanian Football Association, AFA rules changed and the final would still be played against the Albanian Cup, Cup runner-ups. There have been 29 finals played in total. KF Tirana are the most successful team to have won the trophy 12 times. Amarildo Dimo (born 25 August 1982) is an Albanian footballer who has played as a defender for Albanian club Egnatia. Club career On 5 January 2015, Dimo returned to his hometown club Apolonia Fier after 15 years, join the Albanian Superliga strugglers until the end of the season in their bid to escape relegation. He officially become a free agent on 1 July 2018 after his contract run out and the club decided not to offer him the renew, thus leaving the club after three-and-a-half seasons. In July 2018, Dimo signed with fellow Albanian First Division side Egnatia. He was given squad number 22 and made his competitive debut in the opening matchday of 2018–19 Albanian First Division against Bylis Ballsh where he scored the match's only goal. Bernard Berisha (born 24 October 1991) is a Kosovar professional footballer who plays as a left winger or attacking midfielder for Russian club Akhmat Grozny and the Kosovo national team. Club career Skënderbeu Korçë Berisha followed Fatjon Sefa from Besa Kavajë to reigning Albanian champions Skënderbeu Korçë, where he agreed a one-year contract with the club president Ardian Takaj on 27 May 2014. Enkeleid Alikaj (born 27 December 1981 in Tiranë), known as Enkel Alikaj, is an Albanian retired professional footballer who last played as a midfielder for Albanian club Dinamo Tirana in the Albanian First Division.
