2013 Tour De San Luis
The 2013 Tour de San Luis was the 7th edition of the Tour de San Luis stage race. It was part of the 2012–2013 UCI America Tour, and took place between 21 and 27 January 2013. The race was won by Daniel Díaz of the squad, which enjoyed a successful event, as their riders Emmanuel Guevara and Leandro Messineo took the mountains classification and the sprints classification, respectively. The youth classification went to Alejandro Sivori of the Argentina National team and the team classification went to . 2012–2013 UCI America Tour

Thor Hushovd
Thor Hushovd (born 18 January 1978) is a Norwegian former professional road bicycle racer. He is known for sprinting and time trialing; Hushovd is a three-time Norwegian national road race champion (2004, 2010, 2013), and was the winner of the 2010 World Road Race Championships. He was the first Norwegian to lead the Tour de France, and first Scandinavian to win the road race in cycling world road championship. Francesco Lasca (born 29 March 1988) is an Italian former professional road bicycle racer, who rode professionally for UCI Professional Continental Team between 2012 and 2015. Rafael de Mattos Andriato (born 20 October 1987) is a Brazilian professional road bicycle racer, who currently rides for UCI Continental team . Leigh Howard (born 18 October 1989) is an Australian professional Cycle sport, racing cyclist. He qualified for the Tokyo 2020 Olympics in both the Men's Madison and Men's Team Pursuit. Alessandro Petacchi (born 3 January 1974) is an Italian former professional road racing cyclist, who rode professionally between 1996 and 2015. A specialist sprinter, Petacchi has won 48 grand tour stages with wins of the points jersey in the Giro d'Italia in 2004, the Vuelta a España in 2005 and the Tour de France in 2010. He also won the classics Milan – San Remo in 2005 and Paris-Tours in 2007. His career spanned over 18 years during which he earned 183 victories.
