2013 MLS Re-Entry Draft
The two-stage 2013 MLS Re-Entry Draft took place on December 12, 2013 (Stage 1) and December 18, 2013 (Stage 2). All 19 Major League Soccer clubs were eligible to participate. The Stage 1 and Stage 2 Drafts were conducted in the same order as the traditional Waiver Draft, with clubs choosing in reverse order of their 2013 Major League Soccer season finish. Teams selected players who fell under the following circumstances: * Players who were at least 23 years old, had a minimum of three years of MLS experience, and whose options were not exercised by their club (available at option salary for 2014). * Players who were at least 25 years old, had a minimum of four years of MLS experience, were out of contract, and whose club did not offer them a contract at their previous salary (available at 2013 salary). * Players who were at least 30 years old, had a minimum of eight years of MLS experience, were out of contract, and whose club did not wish to re-sign them (available for at least ...

MLS Re-Entry Draft
The MLS Re-Entry Draft is an annual event in which Major League Soccer teams select players who are out of contract or have had their options declined by their current teams. Although the single-entity league does not have true free agency, the re-entry draft was created to provide an outlet of internal movement for veteran players. History The Re-Entry Draft was created by the collective bargaining agreement reached in March 2010. Under the previous rules, clubs could hold what amounted to a 48-hour first right of refusal on players whose contracts had expired or did not have the options picked up. This was a significant obstacle to a new agreement during negotiations during the 2009-10 MLS offseason. Michael Videira
Michael Videira (born 6 January 1986 in Milford, Massachusetts) is an American soccer player. Career Youth and College Videira attended Noble & Greenough School, where he was a Parade and McDonald's high school All-American and the Gatorade Massachusetts Player of the Year as a junior, and played club soccer for the Greater Boston Bolts club team, where he played for Revolution assistant coach Paul Mariner alongside teammate Chris Tierney. He played college soccer at Duke University, where he was a three-time semifinalist for the Hermann Trophy in 2005, 2006 and 2007, and was an NSCAA Third-Team All-American in both 2006 and 2007. James Riley (born October 27, 1982) is an American soccer player who plays as a defender. Riley previously spent eleven seasons in Major League Soccer (MLS) with the New England Revolution (2005–2007), San Jose Earthquakes (2008), Seattle Sounders FC (2009–2011), Chivas USA (2012), D.C. Konrad Warzycha (; born February 14, 1989) is a Polish footballer who is currently without a club. Career College and amateur Warzycha was born in Poland, and later lived in England and Hungary, before moving with his family to the United States in 1997. Brian Mullan (born April 23, 1978) is an American former soccer player. He played for the Los Angeles Galaxy, San Jose Earthquakes, Houston Dynamo, and Colorado Rapids in Major League Soccer. Josue Soto (born January 3, 1989) is an American professional soccer player who plays as a midfielder for USL League One club Tormenta FC. Career Academy Soto trained with the Houston Dynamo first team in the summers of 2008 and 2010, but he missed 2009 due to injury.
