The 2013 La Flèche Wallonne Féminine is the 16th running of the La Flèche Wallonne Féminine, a women's single-day cycling race held in Belgium and is the fourth race of the 2013 UCI Women's Road World Cup season. The race was held on 17 April 2013 over a distance of . Course The 131.5 km event started in Huy, where the riders rode two laps of a tough circuit including the steep Mur de Huy (The wall of Huy) climb, with several sections steeper than 15% and up to 26% on one section. The finish was at the top of the Mur after the second ascent. Amber Leone Neben (born February 18, 1975) is an American racing cyclist, who most recently rode for UCI Women's Continental Team . Neben won the UCI world time trial championship in 2008 and 2016 as well as the U.S. national road race championship in 2003 and 2017.
