2012–13 South Florida Bulls Men's Basketball Team
The 2012–13 South Florida Bulls men's basketball team represented the University of South Florida Bulls during the 2012–13 NCAA Division I men's basketball season. This was the 42nd season of basketball for USF and its 8th season as a member of the Big East Conference. The team was coached by Stan Heath in his sixth year at the school. USF played its home games at the newly renovated USF Sun Dome. They finished the season 12–19, 3–15 in Big East play to finish in a tie for 13th place. They lost in the first round of the Big East tournament to Seton Hall. This was the Bulls' final season in the Big East Conference, as they joined the American Athletic Conference the next season. Off season After completing massive renovations to the USF Sun Dome, the Bulls will return to their home venue after a year away. Stan Heath
Stanley Heath III (born December 17, 1964) is an American basketball coach currently serving as the head coach for Eastern Michigan. Heath formerly served as head coach at the University of South Florida, the University of Arkansas and Kent State University, the latter of whom he led to the Elite Eight of the 2002 NCAA basketball tournament. He led all three programs to at least one NCAA tournament. Background Stan Heath graduated from Detroit Catholic Central High School in 1983. He was an all-state guard during his time there. He went on to earn his bachelor's in social science from Eastern Michigan University in 1988 and his master's in sports administration from Wayne State University in 1993. Musa Abdul-Aleem (born May 2, 1988) is an American basketball player for AS Salé of the Nationale 1. After two years at Georgia Perimeter College, two years at South Florida and one year at Troy, Abdul-Aleem entered the 2015 NBA draft but was not selected in the draft's two rounds. Dillard High School
Dillard High School is a historic public middle and high school located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. The school was established in 1907 as Colored School 11 and was later named for black-education advocate James H. Dillard. It is a part of Broward County Public Schools. Huntington Prep or Huntington St. Joseph Prep is a basketball-focused college preparatory school located in Huntington, West Virginia. Zachary Vincent LeDay (born May 30, 1994) is an American professional basketball player for Partizan Mozzart Bet of the Serbian League, the Adriatic League and the EuroLeague.
