Defending champion Novak Djokovic defeated Andy Murray in the final, 6–1, 7–6(7–4) to win the men's singles tennis title at the 2012 Miami Open. It was his third Miami Open title. Feliciano López Díaz-Guerra (; born 20 September 1981) is a Spanish professional tennis player.
