The 2012 Challenger Banque Nationale de Saguenay was a professional tennis tournament played on indoor hard courts. ITF Women's Circuit
The ITF Women's World Tennis Tour, previously known as the ITF Women's Circuit, is a series of professional tennis tournaments run by the International Tennis Federation for female professional tennis players. History It serves as a developmental circuit for the WTA Tour, which is run by the independent Women's Tennis Association (WTA). There are several hundred ITF Women's Circuit tournaments each year, spread across all six inhabited continents, with prize money ranging from US$15,000 to US$100,000. Players who succeed on the ITF Women's Circuit earn sufficient points to be eligible for qualifying draw or main draw entry to WTA tournaments. Until 2011 the ITF Women's Circuit was the level immediately below the main WTA Tour, but in 2012 the WTA introduced an intermediate level, the WTA 125K series. Marie-Ève Pelletier (; born May 18, 1982) is a Canadian former professional tennis player. She reached career-high rankings by the Women's Tennis Association (WTA) of 106 in singles on June 20, 2005 and 54 in doubles on April 12, 2010. Tennis career 1998–2013 Marie-Ève played in one career Grand Slam singles match in 2004, at the Australian Open, qualifying for the tournament before losing in the first round to Akiko Morigami. Sharon Fichman ( ; born December 3, 1990) is a Canadian-Israeli inactive tennis player. In 2004, at the age of 13, she was Canada's Under-18 Indoor & Outdoor National girls' champion, and also won the doubles title. In 2005, Fichman won the gold medal in women's singles at the 2005 Maccabiah Games in Israel, at the age of 14. In 2006, Fichman won the Australian Open and French Open junior doubles championships.
