2012 Division 1
The 2012 Division 1, part of the 2012 Swedish football season, was the 7th season of Sweden's third-tier football league in its current format. The 2012 fixtures were released on 12 December 2011. The season began on 15 April 2012 and ended on 28 October 2012. Teams A total of 28 teams contested the league divided into two division, Norra and Södra. 20 returning from the 2011 season, two relegated from Superettan and six promoted from Division 2. The champion of each division qualified directly for promotion to Superettan, the two runners-up has to play a play-off against the thirteenth and fourteenth team from Superettan to decide who plays in Superettan 2013. The bottom three teams in each division qualified directly for relegation to Division 2. Ettan Fotboll, or simply Ettan ( en, the one), which also is its common name in everyday speech, is the third level in the Swedish football league system and consists of 32 Sweden, Swedish football (soccer), football teams. The 2012 Superettan, part of the 2012 Swedish football season, was the 12th season of Sweden's second-tier football league in its current format. The 2012 fixtures were released on 9 December 2011. The season began on 6 April 2012 and ended on 3 November 2012. Teams A total of 16 teams contested the league, 12 returning from the 2011 season, two relegated from Allsvenskan and two promoted from Division 1. The top two teams qualified directly for promotion to Allsvenskan, the third had to play a play-off against the fourteenth from Allsvenskan to decide who will play in Allsvenskan 2013. IF Limhamn Bunkeflo 2007, also known simply as LB07, are a Swedish football club based in Malmö. The club is affiliated with Skånes Fotbollförbund and play their home games at Limhamns IP. Kristianstads DFF is a women's association football club from Kristianstad, Sweden. The club is affiliated to the Skånes Fotbollförbund. Karlstad BK was a Swedish football club located in Karlstad in Värmland County. They merged with Carlstad United after the 2019 season to form IF Karlstad Fotboll. IK Frej
IK Frej is a Swedish sports club located in Täby kyrkby. It currently plays in Division 4, the sixth tier in Swedish football. Background IK Frej was founded 5 February 1968 by Åke Berghagen and his friends. Today, IK Frej has more than 1200 members, most of whom are active in the football section.
