Perry, also known as pear cider, is an alcoholic beverage made from fermented pears, traditionally the perry pear. It has been common for centuries in England, particularly in Gloucestershire, Herefordshire, and Worcestershire. It is also made in parts of South Wales and France, especially Normandy and Anjou, and in Commonwealth countries such as Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. Klymaxx is an American all-female pop/ R&B band from Los Angeles, California. The band's classic lineup consisted of Bernadette Cooper, Lorena Porter Shelby, Cheryl Cooley, Robbin Grider, Lynn Malsby, and Joyce "Fenderella" Irby. Chuck Jackson (born July 22, 1937) is an American R&B singer who was one of the first artists to record material by Burt Bacharach and Hal David successfully. He has performed with moderate success since 1961. His hits include "I Don't Want to Cry," " Any Day Now," "I Keep Forgettin'", and "All Over the World". Career Jackson was born in Winston-Salem, North Carolina in 1937. He grew up in Latta, South Carolina, where he sang in a gospel group, until moving to Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania at age 13. Between 1957 and 1959, he was a member of The Del-Vikings, singing lead on the 1957 release "Willette." After leaving them, he was "discovered" by Luther Dixon when he opened for Jackie Wilson at the Apollo Theater. He signed a recording contract with Scepter Records subsidiary Wand Records. Randy Brown (born in 1952, Memphis, Tennessee, United States) is an American R&B singer. Biography Brown started as a singer of doo-wop and in his local church, and became a solo singer after recording with Memphis group, The Newcomers, who had the R&B hit "Pin The Tail On The Donkey" in 1971, on Stax Records. In 1973, Brown left The Newcomers and recorded his first single "Did You Hear Yourself" on Stax Records. After several unsuccessful singles on a Stax subsidiary label, in 1975 he recorded "You Can Be Cured" and "Take a Few More Steps" on Mainstream Records, which he left one year later. Brown was persuaded to return to the studio by writer/producer Carl Hampton in 1978. After receiving a call from Hampton, with whom he had been at school, Brown recorded four tracks that were given to Russ Reagan at Parachute Records. Oliver Sain Jr. (March 1, 1932 – October 28, 2003) was an American saxophonist, songwriter, bandleader, drummer and record producer, who was an important figure in the development of rhythm and blues music, notably in St Louis, Missouri. Ray, Goodman & Brown is an American R&B vocal group. The group originated as The Moments, who formed in the mid-1960s and whose greatest successes came in the 1970s with hits including " Love on a Two-Way Street", "Sexy Mama", and " Look at Me (I'm in Love)". In 1978, they changed their name to Ray, Goodman & Brown and had further hits, including " Special Lady". Bell Biv DeVoe, also known as BBD, is an American music group from Boston, Massachusetts, formed from members of New Edition, consisting of Ricky Bell, Michael Bivins and Ronnie DeVoe. The band is best known for their debut album, the multi-platinum selling '' Poison'', a key work in the new jack swing movement of the 1990s that combined elements of traditional soul and R&B with hip hop.
