Women's EHF Cup
The Women's EHF European League is an annual competition for women's handball clubs of Europe. It is organized by the European Handball Federation, EHF. It is currently the second-tier competition of European club handball, ranking only below the Women's EHF Champions League, EHF Champions League. Previously called the Women's EHF Cup, the competition will be known as the Women's EHF European League from the 2020–21 season. History The first edition took place in 1981. It was called the IHF Cup until 1993. From the 2016–17 season, the competition merged with the Women's EHF Cup Winners' Cup, EHF Cup Winners' Cup. Team Esbjerg is a women's handball team based in Esbjerg, Denmark, that competes in the Bambusa Kvindeligaen and the 2022–23 Women's EHF Champions League. They play their home matches in Blue Water Dokken, which have capacity for 2,996 spectators. They play games in red shirts and black shorts. Frankfurter HC
Frankfurter Handball Club is a German women's handball from Frankfurt (Oder). History During the communist era Frankfurter HC was the handball section of military sports club ASK Vorwärts, installed in Frankfurt since 1971. Vorwärts was one of the most successful East German team in the 1980s, winning six national championships between 1982 and 1990. It was also successful in international competitions, winning two EHF Cups in 1985 and 1990. Following the reunification of Germany the ASK Vorwärts society was disbanded in 1991, and Frankfurt became an independent club and joined the Handball-Bundesliga as BFV Frankfurt. In 1994 the club merged with local team and took its current name. While the club's status has decreased following the reunification Frankfurter has still been fairly successful since, winning the 1997 EHF City Cup, the 2003 national cup and the 2004 championship. Most recently it was sixth in 2011, qualifying for the EHF Cup.

KIF Vejen
Vejen EH is a former team handball club for women from Vejen, Denmark. The club declared its bankrupt the 28. April, 2014 Vejen EH began as KIF Vejen in 2005, which in KIF Kolding thought that lady team too much stood in the shadow of the successful men's team. By physically move the team to the way it was hoped to attract enough spectators and sponsors to maintain women's team's position in the league. In 2011 it was decided to completely break with Kolding IF. From the beginning of the season 2013/14 the club changed as to the current name. However, it was difficult to provide sufficient income, and 27 February 2014 the club was very close to closing. Handball Club Lada is a Russian women's handball club from Tolyatti playing in the Russian Super League. Founded in 1998, Lada became the leading team in the Super League winning five championships in a row between 2002 and 2006 and a sixth one in 2008.
